Youngbloods getting their UX on @ #wtfUX

[/image_with_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The poll results are in!

At last nights co-sponsored event #wtfUX, organised by Elisa Retsas from General Assembly and Berlian Ayudya from Youngbloods / Leo Burnett Sydney, talented & aspiring digital devotees lined up to find out what is UX and learn first hand how it’s applied in commercial & agency context.

The poll results were gathered (after a technical access hiccup), to see if the keen-to-know audience had a preliminary understanding of UX and it’s application. In the theme of the event, the correct answer was the most voted, but only just.

Core UX fundamentals & some utopian practical advice was delivered in the first half of the session, by yours truly (@p1x3lman). Rob Aston (VML‘s Experience Director) presented the agency side of the UX story, highlighting the foundational principles and process VML adhere to achieve success for their clients. Truly inspirational & innovative work as shown in VML’s case studies, represented the ‘next-level’ of the experience design approach to solving customer problems.

Great fun was had presenting, raised some points of contention and hope the ‘connected conversation’ continues. Looking forward to the next one. Many thanks to Elisia & Berlian.[/vc_column_text][vc_raw_html]JTNDc2NyaXB0JTIwc3JjJTNEJTIyaHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZ3d3cucG9sbGV2ZXJ5d2hlcmUuY29tJTJGcG9sbHMlMkZMdjV0cHR6WmJJSkVDVFclMkZjaGFydF93aWRnZXQuanMlM0ZoZWlnaHQlM0QyNTAlMjZyZXN1bHRzX2NvdW50X2Zvcm1hdCUzRHBlcmNlbnQlMjZ3aWR0aCUzRDM1MCUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRnNjcmlwdCUzRQ==[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
